Opposite the cottage is a playing field (1, 2, 3) with swings & slides. From the cottage are good walks including the Oxfordshire Way.
The cottage is in a very peaceful situation along a 'no through road' and walking distance to the local community shop.
Close by are beauty spots such as Burford, Stow, The Slaughters & Bourton-on-the-Water. Trains from Charlbury Station to Oxford and London are a 10 minute drive away.
